Training & Education

Michael earned his law degree in 1992 from the University of Miami School of Law, where as a student he interned for the American Civil Liberties Union. He also holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Southern California, which he graduated from in 1989.

Michael is a member of the bars in Nevada, California, Colorado and Florida. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Michael also serves as lead Criminal Defense counsel for the statewide Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers (NAPSO).
