Ms. Barsky is focused on business law and family law. She helps clients with business formations, business succession planning, drafting and negotiating business contracts and employment matters. Additionally, Ms. Barsky is a zealous advocate for clients in family law cases, with extensive experience in divorce, custody and support matters. Strategic in negotiations, Ms. Barsky is also an aggressive litigator focused on achieving optimal results for her clients. Ms. Barsky's past work experience included working at a national law firm that handled litigation matters. Ms. Barsky received her Juris Doctor Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, and a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University. Ms. Barsky is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and in all California state courts. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Barsky was a paralegal.
