Ms. Sandler is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department and member of the Labor and Employment Law Group. She focuses her practice on labor and employment law litigation involving such issues as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, National Labor Relations Act, Title VII, age discrimination, wrongful discharge and litigation involving restrictive covenants and noncompete agreements.
Ms. Sandler has been published on many subjects including, attendance policies, background checks, noncompete agreements and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She is a past Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has lectured to such groups as the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Institute of Business Law, and Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She is also on the steering committee of the Employment Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
Ms. Sandler received her B.A., summa cum laude, in 1981 from Brandeis University. She received her J.D., cum laude, in 1984 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Sandler is also admitted to appear before the United States District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits.
