Rachel Harkavy Wilson represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing and refinancing on behalf of lenders and borrowers, construction loans, and leasing. Rachel also has experience coordinating real estate due diligence in M&A transactions.

Rachel has represented a range of clients, including Behringer Harvard Funds, KeyBank, the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, Patriarch Partners, Toni & Guy, and Wells Fargo Bank.

Rachel is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Georgia.
