STACY D. SALTZMAN joined the Law Office of Oliver "Jackson" Schrumpf and Charles Schrumpf in July of 2008. Ms. Saltzman is a native of Sulphur. After earning a Bachelor of Social Science degree from McNeese State University in 1999, Ms. Saltzman received her Juris Doctorate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Southern Louisiana Law Center in Baton Rouge in 2002. She was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 2002 and in 2003 was admitted to practice in the State of Mississippi. In 2002, Ms. Saltzman joined the firm of Phelps Dunbar as an associate attorney. From 2003 to 2008, she practiced with the firm of Briney & Foret in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Ms. Saltzman is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts, Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana; U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and all courts of the State of Louisiana and Mississippi.

Ms Saltzman is a member of the Louisiana and Mississippi State Bar Associations, as well as the American Inns of Court.

Ms. Saltzman's areas of practice include commercial and general liability; wrongful death and personal injury claims, including medical malpractice, 18 wheeler and automobile accidents, industrial accidents, toxic tort exposure, workers' compensation claims and insurance claims; real estate transactions; wills and successions; and domestic matters.
