Ariel is part of the Kaiser Gornick pharmaceutical mass tort litigation team. Her cases involve clients who have developed debilitating diseases as a result of receiving gadolinium-based contrast agent injections, and clients who have experienced health and mobility impairment associated with medical device defects. Currently, Ariel’s work focuses on clients who have suffered injuries as a result of being surgically implanted with hip prosthetics manufactured by DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc.
While in law school, Ariel served as the Chief Technical Editor on the Executive Board of the University of San Francisco Law Review. She was also Case Counsel for the Moot Court Honors Program. Ariel received two CALI Awards for Excellence in Legal Research, Writing & Analysis and Law & Literature, as well as recognition for her over 400 hours of pro bono work. Ariel worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable William Dorsey at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, and as a student attorney in an advanced placement litigation clinic at USF.
In the past, Ariel has served as a volunteer editor for the Rural India Student Education foundation, a non-profit elementary school near Mumbai, India. She has also been a volunteer teacher at schools in France, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates.
Ariel is licensed to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
