David Gray Hanson joined Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry in January of 1997, and is a Partner in the Real Estate Department. Prior to joining Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry, Mr. Hanson was the managing partner of the Cambridge law firm of Hanson & Fatt Attorneys at Law. He graduated from the New England School of Law in 1985 and has a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts, cum laude in Psychology.
Since 1987, Mr. Hanson has practiced law with a concentration in real estate conveyancing, condominium conversions, and disability law. He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and is a former member of the Cambridge Zoning Board of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
Mr. Hanson is a founding member and former Chairman of the Board for Ability Plus, a non-profit organization which provides athletic opportunities for disabled athletes, and a former head ski coach for the Waterville Valley Adaptive Ski Program. He continues to be active and involved in adaptive skiing and other adaptive athletic activities. Mr. Hanson lives in Cambridge, MA and has been an active and highly respected member of the real estate community since the beginning of his practice.
