Sean F. Hampton was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He was educated in the Tuscaloosa City Schools and graduated from Central High School. He attended the University of Alabama where he was a Dean’s List student inducted into the Golden Key and Gamma Beta Phi national honor societies and where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Sean went on to attend the University of Alabama School of Law and the Manderson Graduate School of Business where he earned a joint Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration.
Sean F. Hampton was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2005. That year he worked as a judicial clerk for the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. In 2006, Sean was hired as a staff attorney on the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals where he worked until 2009. He has also taught Social Security Disability Law as an adjunct professor at Troy University.
Since moving to the Mobile/Daphne area, Sean practiced as a solo practitioner in the areas of Criminal Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Domestic Relations until accepting an associate position with Gardberg and Clausen, P.C. Sean has also maintained his role as an instructor accepting an adjunct professor position teaching Discovery and Social Security Disability Law at the University of South Alabama.
Sean is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Mobile County Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama.
