Bradley, Frederick W.

Fred Bradley joined King, Krebs & Jurgens in 2007 with a specialty in business litigation.  He has represented clients in numerous substantive areas, including claims based on breach of contract, unjust enrichment, detrimental reliance, and fraud.  He has extensive experience in defending tort and class action suits based on personal injury and claimed product defects.  He has also represented clients in cases involving trademark, copyright, and patent infringement, as well as false advertising.

Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, Fred pursued his undergraduate degree at Tulane University, where he earned a B.A. in English literature in 1968.  After two years in the U.S. Army, including service in Vietnam, he entered Tulane Law School, where he was elected to the Tulane Law Review in 1971 and served as the Comments Editor from 1972-73.  He won the Law Review’s best writing awards for both 1972 and 1973 and upon graduation was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Prior to joining King, Krebs & Jurgens, Fred practiced for over twenty-six years with the firm of Liskow & Lewis in New Orleans.  He was the head of its Tort and Insurance Section.  He later joined the firm of Oreck, Bradley, Crighton, Adams & Chase in 1999 and practiced there until 2006.  Fred has briefed and argued over fifty appeals to Louisiana courts of appeal and the Supreme Court of Louisiana.  He has tried cases in all federal courts within Louisiana and has argued several cases before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
