Salazar, Susan E.

Ms. Sabocik joined the Firm in 2009 after practicing law at a trust and estate firm in Palm Beach County.  She is a member of Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section as well as the Florida Bar’s Appellate Law Section.  

Ms. Sabocik previously served as a Staff Attorney to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Florida, where she advised the Court on pending cases in all divisions, including the Probate and Guardianship Division, and managed the Civil Appellate Division. 

Ms. Sabocik is an Emeritus member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inns of Court and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Her work has included multiple year, multi-party trust administration and complex accounting issues, extensive pre-trial preparation and practice, defense of individual fiduciaries, appellate work including contested guardianship matters and financial and fiduciary fraud.
