Salaman, Drew

Ms. Salgado is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department.  She focuses on all aspects of employment law, and also represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Salgado's practice includes employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, on claims such as age, race, disability, and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful discharge.  She also works with clients in the creation and administration of affirmative action compliance plans, as well as providing advice and consultation concerning the wage and hour laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Ms. Salgado received her B.A. from the College of William and Mary in 1993 and her J.D. in 1996 from University of Pennsylvania Law School.  Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Salgado is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
