Sacks, Deana Pollard

Daniel J. Ryan is a 1995 graduate of the University of Pepperdine in Malibu, California, and earned his Juris Doctor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  During Mr. Ryan's legal career, he has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in many different areas of the law, including insurance defense, construction defect litigation, bad faith, toxic torts, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, business litigation and real estate law.  Mr. Ryan has also practiced pro hac vice in complex litigation in the states of New Hampshire and Florida.  His practice focuses on complex litigation and the analysis of insurance coverage issues, including preparing coverage opinions to carriers.  Mr. Ryan has distinguished himself in both federal and state court in handling general civil litigation involving property damage and bodily injury claims.
