Attorney Hamilton's concentration is on Personal Injury claims and Medical Malpractice. He is also a trained mediator with Merrimack Valley Mediation. Attorney Hamilton earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He has been practicing law since 1978 and is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and before the United States District Court in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Before his association with the Law Offices of Howard H. Swartz, he had been an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Medford where he handled injury claims, zoning disputes, employee disciplinary hearings, greivances, and Workers' Compensation matters. Mr. Hamilton was also staff counsel for CNA Insurance in Boston.
