I have considerable trial and litigation experience in state court, federal court, and administrative agencies in workers' compensation; employment discrimination; personal injury (including products liability); labor law; real estate tax assessment appeals; and First Amendment cases.
I have also maintained and continue to maintain an active real estate and Orphans' Court (probate and guardianship) practice. In the mid-1980's, I represented a savings and loan doing real estate closings.
I have served on many occasions as a common law arbitrator in state court; a federal court arbitrator; and a UM/UIM arbitrator in auto insurance litigation.
I am presently Chairman of the Erie County Bar Association's Real Estate Committee and Chairman of the Northwestern Pa. A.C.L.U. Legal Committee.
