Michael G. Haire, Jr. was born in Ft. Walton, Florida. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University in 1994, a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from Brigham Young University in 1997 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Florida State University College of Law in 2000. He practices in all areas of general liability, products liability, fire/theft and fraudulent claims.
While at Brigham Young University, Michael was co-founding editor of the Journal of Environmental Studies and assistant editor for the Journal of International and Area Studies. He also served as production manager on the International Comparative Literature Association Bulletin and Scandinavian Studies.
Michael is a member of the Florida Bar, the Tallahassee Bar Association, the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention (FACAP), and serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Bar Journal and News Editorial Board. He is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
