Kelly Rourke is a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Her practice focuses on administrative law matters, namely employment-based immigration and occupational safety and health. The emphasis of her immigration practice includes applications for permanent labor certification, adjustment of status, and naturalization, as well as consular processing, motions to reopen, motions to reconsider, and non-immigrant petitions, such as those involving B (temporary visitor), E (treaty trader/investor), F (student), H (temporary worker), J (exchange visitor), L (intracompany transferee), and TN (NAFTA) status. She also counsels management in a full range of employment matters, including Wisconsin's Concealed Carry Law, and handles employment-related discrimination complaints.
