Michael O'Neil is a partner in the Transactional Group. Mr. O'Neil concentrates his practice on matters concerning business and tax law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structuring and formation of real estate and operating businesses, business succession planning and general corporate and partnership matters. Mr. O'Neil has extensive experience in advising closely held businesses on choice of entity and tax planning issues and in drafting partnership and operating agreements. Mr. O'Neil also assists clients in completing reorganizations and other complex restructurings.
