Ms. Grossman is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where she was Staff Editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Colgate University. Ms. Grossman has experience in products liability, complex commercial litigation and investigations, with particular experience in antitrust and structured finance litigation, contract disputes, accounting malpractice cases, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Grossman was a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
