Rosenberg, Mark H.

Born in California, the youngest of three boys, David is now the father of five children and a husband of more than twenty years. Nurturing a loving family, one that enjoys its blessings and extends blessings to others, is a foundation of David's life.

David's legal career began in a busy general practice firm, where he was exposed to a variety of practice areas, including commercial and personal injury litigation, domestic relations, and probate. Over the course of the last twelve or so years at Kernodle Root +  Coleman, his practice has focused on insurance and corporate defense, most frequently in the areas of construction and products liability litigation. As much of his extended family worked in construction and other mechanical fields, he counts himself very fortunate to practice in the areas of construction and product manufacturing and sales, industries which he has been exposed to and interested in from a young age.

As to education, his undergraduate work was in sociology, psychology, philosophy, and religious studies. He received his bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina. David is also a South Carolina Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Outside of the office, David enjoys "adventuring" with his family and on his own, be it surfing or mountain biking, or simply exploring. He also enjoys reading books dealing with philosophical and theological issues, and he plays (with) the classical guitar. He believes that an active and contemplative lifestyle not only helps him stay healthy and alert, but makes all aspects of life more full and joyous.
