Gregg I. Adelman is a member of the firm's Land Use, Zoning & Development Department. Mr. Adelman concentrates his practice in the areas of zoning, land use, and development of commercial, residential and industrial real estate. In addition, Mr. Adelman has substantial experience litigating real estate appeals and civil actions before the Pennsylvania courts. He has been recognized on an annual basis as one of Pennsylvania's Super Lawyers - Rising Stars since 2007. Mr. Adelman is also actively engaged in his local community by currently serving as President of the Board of Trustees of the Ludington Library and as an active member of the Bryn Mawr Civic Association.
