From the time I was 12 years old, I decided I wanted to be a Lawyer. The motivating factor for me was a desire to help people. Some may choose medicine, social work, the ministry, but for me, it was the Law. During my many years of practice, I have worked in various areas of the law. I have spent many years as a Family Law Specialist, handling complex divorce, property and custody cases. About 18 years ago, my beloved Mother was undergoing rehabilitation at a Nursing Home. What I observed opened my eyes to negligence and abuse of our senior citizens. Their rights were violated in so many ways. I vowed to fight to change attitudes and the “system”. Several years ago, our firm had so many cases against a Nursing Home located in Texas City that the State closed down the Nursing Home – a small but significant victory. Our firm will continue to fight for our loved ones. They took care of us – now it is our turn to take care of them.
In addition to her Bar Admissions in the states of Texas, Florida, Colorado and New York, Marian S. Rosen has been permitted to practice on a pro hac vice basis in Alabama, California, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Ohio, and in several U.S. District Courts throughout the nation.
