AMY M. ROGERS is a founding partner in the law firm of Lyons & Rogers, LLC. Amy holds a bachelor of arts in psychology and French from Clark University, and is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk Law School where she was an author and technical editor for the Suffolk University Law Review. Amy currently represents public school districts in all aspects of education law before state and federal agencies, as well as in state and federal court, with a particular emphasis in special education matters. Amy has been practicing law for over eighteen years and has been representing public school districts since 1999 when she worked as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the Boston Public Schools. Amy is admitted to Massachusetts Bar and United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts; and is a member of the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys, as well as the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys.
