John Owen practices in the areas of securities and general corporate law and has represented domestic and international issuers, underwriters, and other investors in public and private offerings of debt, equity, convertible, and equity-linked securities; exchange offers; tender offers; restructurings; and other complex transactions. He has significant experience advising investment banks as underwriters, initial purchasers, and placement agents in public and private securities offerings and advising issuers in connection with public and private securities offerings as well as corporate governance and reporting requirements.
