Michael Robinson is a land use attorney who has focused his practice on obtaining land use approvals and highway access permits for commercial and residential development since 1991. His clients include energy providers, home builders, commercial developers, industrial developers and office developers throughout the State of Oregon. He represents municipal clients as special land use counsel and appears regularly before local governments and state agencies regarding land use entitlements. He assists private clients in obtaining access approach road permits from the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and also assists his energy provider clients in obtaining Energy Facility Siting Commission (EFSC) permits.
