Alyson Graham, a Gainesville native with expertise in tax law, joined the firm as an associate in 2010.
Dedicated and committed to high quality advocacy, Ms. Graham focuses her practice on tax and estate planning, business transactions and assisting clients in contested IRS cases.
The magna cum laude graduate from Georgia State College of Law carries a strong background in tax law, having earned a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
At Georgia State, Ms. Graham was committed to assisting clients in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic providing tax controversy resolution services for low-income clients and representing them before the IRS. In her third year at law school, she founded and presided over the Estate Planning and Wealth Management Law Society. She also was the recipient of the 2008-2009 Outstanding Tax Student Award and a scholarship provided by the State Bar of Georgia, Taxation Law Section.
Prior to law school, she graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a degree in environmental design.
Ms. Graham is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association and the Fiduciary Law Section and the Taxation Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
