Ms. Rios holds a Masters degree in International and Comparative Law (L.L.M.) from SMU Dedman School of Law. She obtained her law degree from Francisco Marroquin University in Guatemala. Ms. Rios is licensed to practice law in the state of New York. She has experience representing clients in Immigration Court as well as in preparing family and business petitions. Ms. Rios is an immigrant herself and therefore understands the need for personalized contact and professional services in this area of law.
