James Gonzalez is a member of the Professional Liability Department where the focus of his practice is on the defense of claims made and suits brought against architects, engineers and construction professionals, in construction law matters.  He also defends clients in commercial litigation, premises liability and products liability cases. James has developed trial experience in the litigation of matters and is equally experienced in alternative dispute resolution.   

In 2003 James graduated from the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Florida and was a member of the business honor society. He then went on to earn his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2007. While earning his law degree, Villanova University also awarded James an M.B.A.  James served as a student attorney for the Villanova Farmworkers’ Clinic and was a member of the Hispanic Bar Association
