Ms. Goldstein obtained her Juris Doctorate
from Georgetown University Law Center where she graduated cum laude in 2003.
She received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University where she
graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
While at Georgetown Law, Ms. Goldstein worked
as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. in the Sex Offense and Domestic Violence Unit. Ms. Goldstein also
represented victims of domestic violence in D.C. Superior Court through
Georgetown Law's Domestic Violence Clinic.
Ms. Goldstein passionately fights for her
client's rights which is best exemplified by her excellent track record in the
courtroom. She handles each of her cases with persistence, passion, and
principles. She is an aggressive advocate and believes in meticulous case
preparation in order to provide the best possible defense for her clients.
Ms. Goldstein has extensive experience in all
types of state and federal criminal defense
cases ranging from simple drug possession, and DUI to domestic violence, child molestation, and murder. As part of the White Goldstein female
criminal defense trial team, Ms. Goldstein believes that she and her trial
partner provide excellence in criminal defense through their dedication, drive,
intelligence, compassion, and creativity.
Ms. Goldstein is a member of the State Bar of
California and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. She has been
admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, as well as the
United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts
of California.
Ms. Goldstein speaks, reads, and writes
French fluently and is conversational in Spanish. She is currently studying
conversational Japanese.
