Matt Richardson attended Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law after receiving an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Matt has been a practicing attorney in southeastern North Carolina since his admission to the North Carolina Bar in 2009. He was first hired as an Assistant District Attorney in Cumberland County, where he prosecuted cases on behalf of the State of North Carolina for nearly two years. His experience as a prosecutor improved his trial skills and gave him crucial experience in courtrooms of Cumberland County.
He came to work at The Richardson Firm in the fall of 2011. In his short time at the firm, Matt has participated in several notable jury trials. He hopes to grow the business and carry on the Richardson tradition of competent and aggressive representation at every step in the legal process.
Matt is married to his wife Kimberly. The two have an infant son and hope to continue to raise a family in Fayetteville.
