It is with great sadness and profound respect that we announce the passing of our founder, colleague and friend, Marvin Borman, on Saturday, September 15, 2012.

Marvin Borman, a founding partner, was active in Maslon's Estate Planning Group, counseling and advising clients with respect to estate planning, probate and trust administration, trusts, and corporate matters relating to these subjects. He represented clients in almost all of the firm's areas of practice. As a founder of the firm, Marvin possessed extensive historical information critical to many matters handled by the firm and was frequently called upon to provide knowledge and background information for such matters.
