Christopher Keith Richardson graduated from the University of Alabama with Honors in 2006 with a Bachelors of Arts degree. During his undergraduate years Mr. Richardson also served in the Alabama Army National Guard where he worked across the globe, including a tour of duty with the U.S. Army Special Forces in Afghanistan. In 2010 he received his J.D. from the Thomas Goode Jones school of Law.
While in law school Mr. Richardson served as a 2L senator before being elected to serve as the Student Bar Association President. Upon graduating he was honored with the Advocacy Award (an award voted on by the Deans of the Law School and bestowed upon the graduating student who best exemplifies the ideals and character of the law school). He also won the Distinguished Public Interest Award (given to the graduating student who performed the most public services hours as a student – Mr. Richardson performed over 1700 hours in 3 years). To conclude graduation, Mr. Richardson also gave the student farewell speech.
Mr. Richardson is originally from Dothan, Alabama. He is married to the former Ms. Leanne Massey of Honoraville, Alabama, also an attorney.
