Tom Rhoads has been practicing law since 1974 and has been practicing in the firm of Rhoads and Rhoads since 1976. He served for two years in the Kentucky Department of Labor where he performed trial work in the areas of occupational safety and health and wage and hour, and served two years in the U.S. Army. He is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. He has lectured extensively in workers' compensation law and social security disability law. He is married to the former Elizabeth Ridley of Providence, has two daughters, and is a member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville.
