William Reynolds' practice covers business matters including but not limited to contracts, sales, agreements, corporations, LLC"s, and renewals. Additionally, Mr. Reynolds handles personal and family matters including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, adoptions, accidents, personal injury, and property damage. He aggressively pursues landlord/tenant disputes.
He represents real estate developers, property owners, lenders, in disputes with regulators, including federal, state, and local governments, before state and federal courts.
Reynolds' practice also involves advising natural resource developers and public lands users on laws regulating exploration, development and transportation of minerals, including oil and gas. He also does civil litigation and appellate work.
Mr. Reynolds served as an Associate Judge for the Ute Tribe from September, 2006, until his appointment as Chief Judge in January, 2009 through January 2011. Mr. Reynolds is currently serving again serving as an Associate Judge for the Ute Tribe and consequently can focus more of his attention on his private practice.
