Lindsay joined Mills Shirley in 2009 after graduating from Baylor Law School where she served on the Baylor advocacy team. She is a member of the firm's transactional section, focusing primarily on business transactions, business formation, real estate transactions, and landlord‐tenant issues. She is also active in the firm's probate and estate planning section.
