Stephen A. Glickman is an experienced employment lawyer with over 25 years' experience in the areas of employment law, employment discrimination, employment litigation, sexual harassment, human resources, employment contracts, non-competition agreements, separation agreements, and executive severance.

Mr. Glickman is a tenacious litigator with extensive experience litigating employment law, employment discrimination, and wrongful discharge cases in federal and state court. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Department of Labor, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, Human Rights Commission, Department of Labor and Department of Employment Security, as well as the Chicago Commission on Human Relations.
Additionally, Mr. Glickman advises and counsels clients on human resources matters, including hiring and firing decisions, employee discipline and termination, personnel policies, employee handbooks, accommodation requests, leaves of absence, employment selection tests, drug and alcohol testing, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, restrictive covenants, and at-will employment law. He also negotiates separation agreements and severance packages.
Mr. Glickman is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association/Illinois. He is admitted to practice before all Illinois state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Federal Trial Bar, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Additionally, he serves as an Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
Born in Chicago, Mr. Glickman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in History and Philosophy, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law.
