MAUREEN GLASS
graduated on academic scholarship from St. John's University School of Law in 1981. At St. John's Mrs. Glass worked on Law Review and won numerous American Jurisprudence Awards for scholastic excellence. Mrs. Glass served Suffolk County as Principal Assistant District Attorney handling white collar and rackets prosecutions. In 1987 she joined Glass, Lazio & Glass, as general partner. Mrs. Glass concentrates on divorce and family law, civil and criminal litigation, wills and estates. Mrs. Glass has served as Village Attorney and Special Assistant District Attorney for the Village of Lindenhurst since 1987. She has also served as a guest litigator in the annual Surrogate's Court Mock Trial sponsored by the Bank of New York. Mrs. Glass is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mrs. Glass resides in West Islip with her husband, Michael Glass, a Melville attorney, and their three children.
