Reiner, Steven P.

Rosemary Reilly is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006. Ms. Reilly's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including private and public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and SEC compliance.

Practice

Ms. Reilly has represented private companies in various stages of development, publicly traded companies and venture capital firms. She has particular experience with clients in the technology sector, for which she has handled a broad range of securities transactions, as well as general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reilly was special counsel in the Palo Alto, California office of a prominent international firm, where she had been an associate before going in-house. She was a member of the corporate securities group focused on representing Silicon Valley technology companies. From 2001-2004, she served in the legal department of Wind River Systems, Inc., a Nasdaq-traded company in Alameda, California. There, she was primarily responsible for corporate securities matters. Previously, Ms. Reilly was general counsel at Shoreline Communications, Inc. (now Shortel, Inc.), a private technology company in Sunnyvale, California.
