Jack A. Dike, born in North Platte, Nebraska, in 1957 is a partner in the law firm of Miner Scholz Dike, P.C., L. L. O. and has been practicing law for 27 years. He graduated from Weber State College in Ogden, Utah in 1978 with an A.S.; from Utah State University in Logan, Utah in 1980 with a B.S. in Secondary Education with a major in history and a political science minor. After teaching junior/senior high for two years in a small K through 12 school district in southern Colorado, he graduated in 1985 from Creighton University, School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Dike is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Mr. Dike’s emphasis of practice is in workers’ compensation and personal injury and trial law and he practices in all Nebraska State and the Federal District Court for Nebraska.
Mr. Dike is the son of native Nebraskans who instilled in him a strong Midwest work ethic and blue collar background. As such, Mr. Dike empathizes with those who have been injured at work or as a result of the negligence of a third party. He understands that an injury, regardless of how traumatic, not only has an impact on one’s ability to earn a living and provide financially for themselves and their families, but it also has an impact on their emotional heath and well- being. Consequently, Mr. Dike is dedicated to providing strong and zealous representation to protect and defend his client’s interest.
During his career Mr. Dike’s has had the opportunity to represent both injured persons and insurers/employers. As a result, he is able to advocate for his clients with a unique understanding of how the employer/insurer will treat the injured person and their respective claims.
