Ellen Conedera Dial is a partner in the firm's Real Estate group. She focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate development and financing, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and zoning. In addition to numerous professional and civic activities, Ellen currently serves as the Immediate Past-President of the Washington State Bar Association for the 2007 - 2008 term. Ellen is frequently invited to speak on real estate, leasing and related title and environmental matters.
