Rau, James P.

Eric W. Rathhaus has represented employers, investors and individuals in immigration matters since 1995. He primarily represents clients in business and family related matters. Mr. Rathhaus has extensive experience representing employers and employees in the telecommunications, biotechnology, financial services, information technology and public relations industries. He has also successfully represented owners of small businesses seeking E status, artists, families and scientific researchers.

Mr. Rathhaus received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1994. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Languages. Mr. Rathhaus is admitted to the State Bar of California and is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
