Mark Rapp was born in Freeport, Illinois on September 11, 1966. He graduated from Mt. Carroll (Illinois) High School in 1984 and shortly thereafter ventured west to Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Regis College Magna Cum Laude in the Spring of 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a double major of History and Political Science. In the Fall of 1988, he enrolled in the University of Colorado School of Law and graduated in May of 1991. After passing the Colorado Bar Exam in July of 1991, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado in October of 1991.
Mark Rapp has practiced law in Weld County and northeastern Colorado since June 1, 1993. While he practices primarily in Weld County, he also handles cases in Larimer, Boulder, Adams, Morgan and Logan Counties. Mark Rapp, Todd Taylor and Frank Henderson founded HENDERSON, TAYLOR & RAPP, LLP on July 15, 2002. Mark Rapp is the managing partner of HENDERSON, TAYLOR & RAPP, LLP and is a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar. He is a past board member of Weld County Partners, Inc. and is the past president of Weld County Legal Services, Inc.
