Attorney Jennifer Genzale is a founding Partner of Genzale & Haven, LLP. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University, where she graduated magna cum laude and a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Genzale focuses her practice on all aspects of immigration law and domestic relations law. She represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassies, Consulates, and the Probate & Family Courts of Massachusetts. Attorney Genzale has successfully assisted immigration law clients in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant filings, O visas for artists, family-based immigrant filings, asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization, and removal defense. Attorney Genzale has successfully assisted family law clients in the division of assets, visitation disputes, custody disputes and modifications.
Attorney Genzale has appeared on television and radio programs discussing immigration and family law issues. She has appeared on Empujando la Mañana, Tertulia Matinal, and Encuentro Latino. Attorney Genzale is fluent in Spanish and Italian, and she is proficient in Portuguese. Attorney Genzale was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up bilingual in Italian and English. She achieved native fluency in Spanish by studying economics and literature at the Instituto Internacional de España in Madrid, Spain. Attorney Genzale was an attorney with Magaletta & McCarthy, P.C. prior to founding Genzale & Haven, LLP. Attorney Genzale was an active participant in the Lawyer for the Day Program at Suffolk Probate & Family Court where she volunteered her time to assist pro-se litigants in family law matters from 2008 to 2010. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association since 2004.
