Ramos-Rodriguez, Amarilis

Hilary Ramsey's practice focuses on civil litigation, with significant experience litigating complex commercial and multijurisdictional matters, as well as cases consolidated by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Hilary has substantial involvement with qui tam suits brought under the False Claims Act in the health care context. In addition to her litigation work, Hilary defends clients against investigations conducted by government enforcement agencies and assists clients with conducting internal investigations.

Hilary also maintains an active pro bono practice. Working with The Children's Law Center, Hilary assists families seeking to adopt children from the D.C. foster care system. She also volunteers at the D.C. Bar Advice and Referral Clinic.
