Rafalsky, Thomas R.

Len Gartner, a lifelong resident of the Cincinnati area, graduated from St. Xavier High School, received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University and obtained his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Mr. Gartner has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster and as an attorney. He handles criminal, divorce, personal injury wills/probate, and landlord-tenant matters.
