Tim Garry, Jr. has broad experience in over twenty years of practice, including commercial litigation, employment law, zoning, personal injury, real estate, estate planning, administrative hearings and appeals, juvenile and criminal defense (including driving under the influence), and numerous jury trials. Mr. Garry also advises and represents privately-held companies which manufacture and distribute products, local governments in southwestern Ohio as special counsel, and individuals. For six years he served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Hamilton County (Cincinnati), Ohio assigned to the Juvenile, Municipal and Criminal (Felony Trial) Divisions. Mr. Garry also served a four-year term as the elected Law Director for the City of Norwood.
Mr. Garry serves in the Council of Delegates of the Ohio State Bar Association, which makes recommendations regarding legislation and court rules. Mr. Garry is active in the Cincinnati Bar Association, including current service as Vice-Chair of the Local Government Law Committee. He serves as a Trustee of two non-profit corporations, The Greater Cincinnati Rowing Foundation, Inc. and the Society of Friendly Sons of St. Patrick in Cincinnati, and does volunteer work for Nativity Church, and Georgetown University
