Quinlan, Margaret E.

Peggy brings over twelve years of experience to the law firm of Lowenthal & Abrams. She focuses her practice on personal injury and workers' compensation cases.

Peggy is in the unique position of having handled cases for the plaintiff, the defense, and as a law clerk for both trial and appellate level Pennsylvania Judges. Since she is extensively experienced in defense work, Peggy has an inside perspective on the tactics used by defense counsel and is ready, willing, and able to meet those tactics head on for her injured clients.

Peggy's personal injury experience includes the handling of slip and fall cases, motor vehicle cases, product liability and construction cases, as well as multiple other tort actions. Peggy also has extensive experience representing injured workers through the workers' compensation system.

Peggy obtained her law degree from Villanova Law School. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In her personal life, Peggy and her two children live in Bucks County where she likes to cook exotic meals with her friends. She is an avid reader and a lover of classic films.
