Benjamin Puckett graduated from Salisbury University with a B.A. in English in 2008 where he was involved in various extracurricular activities. After attending the University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude, he passed the Maryland Bar Exam in February of 2012, scoring in the 93rd percentile on the multi-state portion of the exam. While in law school, he was fortunate enough to intern for the Honorable Louis Becker, III of the Howard County Circuit Court where he became intimately familiar with the pleadings, motions and litigation. During his time leading up to private practice, he also worked for the State Ethics Commission. In December 2012, he joined Ralph W. Powers, Jr., P.C. where he practices in a variety of cases including estate, real estate, domestic and criminal law. He has gained the confidence of members of the bench and has been appointed to serve as personal representative and continues regular involvement in Estate Administration.
