Helen assists our clients with their Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, Guardianships and Matrimonial matters. Helen received her undergraduate degree from Marist College. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law. Prior to becoming a member of the Villani & Galette, P.C., Helen was an associate at Lissner & Lissner, LLP, where, in addition to formulating estate plans for her clients; she represented clients in the Surrogate’s Court and the Supreme Court in the contested and uncontested estate and guardianship matters. Prior to her work at Lissner & Lissner, LLP, Helen worked at various firms gaining litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Helen is the Immediate Past President of the Bay Ridge Lawyers association, and is currently the co-chair of the Programs Committee. She has lectured at the Brooklyn Bar Association, and is a member of its Computer Technology and Grievance Committees. In addition, she has been appointed on numerous occasions to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem in Surrogate’s Court.
