William A. Davis has, for years, focused his practice in the area of criminal law. As a former Assistant State’s Attorney and Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Davis has extensive trial experience in a wide range of cases. Mr. Davis served in traffic, misdemeanor and DUI prosecutions for the Sangamon County State’s Attorney, gaining the knowledge and experience for a broad range of cases. He learned through his experience, the importance of protecting an individual’s drivers license and the ways to protect a license. Mr. Davis’ experience also includes time as head of domestic violence prosecutions in Sangamon County acquiring the knowledge to aid in domestic matters. Mr. Davis spent years as a felony prosecutor, learning the full range of felony cases, including theft, drug prosecutions, gun crimes, sex crimes and first degree murder.
