Attorney, Charles Dawkins Jr., obtained his Law Degree from American University's Washington College of Law and obtained his undergraduate Degree from Ohio University's Honors Program. He specializes in New Jersey State and Federal Criminal Defense, State and Federal Criminal Appeals, and Immigration/Removal representation.

The Attorney has experience representing criminal defendants accused of various criminal offenses in state, federal, and appellate courts in the following areas: Essex, Union, Middlesex, Morris, Hudson, Mercer, Somerset, New Jersey Federal District Court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Moreover, he has experience in all municipal court disorderly persons and DWI offenses due to his background as a former asst. municipal prosecutor for Newark, New Jersey.

In the Attorney's Immigration practice, he has represented many clients before Immigration Courts and has been successful in certain cases of assisting clients obtain Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Cancellation of Removal, Convention Against Torture (CAT), and Temporary Protective Status. Finally, he has completed many appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) on behalf of Individuals seeking immigrant status; and he has post-conviction relief experience for immigrants convicted of committing Aggravated felonies.
